Refunds and Returns Policy - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers have the right, by law, to withdraw from the contract within 15 days without giving any reason.

To be eligible for return, the item must be intact, without mechanical or aesthetic damage and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a Credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or Backordered Refunds (if applicable)
